Use this checklist as a helpful reminder for to-do’s throughout the transition. Complete a task? Click the button to check off the item from your list. This checklist is only for your own tracking. It’s not reported to anyone. However, you can save your selections unless you clear your cache.
The dates shown apply to legacy ROC employees at the time of the acquisition. For new hires, your due dates will be determined based upon your start date.

Review and sign I-9
- Due: January 26, 2023
The I-9 form must include a wet signature, not digital. Once complete, scan the form and return to aquinn@rocgroup.com with this naming convention: EEID_Name_I9
Complete e-signature disclosures and consent
- Due: January 30, 2023
Sign into My Tasks Portal to review and acknowledge that you consent to receive, review, access, sign and authenticate certain documents electronically.
Read the Gallagher Global Standards of Conduct
- Due: January 30, 2023
Sign into My Tasks Portal to acknowledge that you have read the Global Standards of Business Conduct, the Insider Trading Policy, and the Global Social Media Policy.
Read and understand the Accuracy in Pay and Reporting Policy
- Due: January 30, 2023
Sign into My Tasks Portal to acknowledge that you have read and understand the Gallagher Accuracy in Pay and Reporting Policy.
Read and accept the Mobile Device Policy
- Due: January 30, 2023
Sign into My Tasks Portal to acknowledge that you accept the terms and agree to the Mobile Device Policy.
Review and sign Employment Agreement Statement
- Due: January 30, 2023
Sign into My Tasks Portal to review and sign the Employment Agreement statement.
Read and understand the Credit Card Policy
- Due: January 30, 2023
Sign into My Tasks Portal to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Gallagher Corporate Credit Card Policy.
Download DUO Factor Authentication
- Due: February 8, 2023
DUO mobile is the authentication system Gallagher uses to ensure privacy. You’ll need this to access the Gallagher network and to complete benefits enrollment. Follow the instructions provided in your GBS IT Welcome Packet.
Enroll in benefits
- Due: February 8, 2023
Review the plan materials available at www.connect2mybenefits.com/ajg and make your enrollment decisions by logging into myHR.
Complete these tasks as part of your benefits enrollment
Transfer ROC funds to Gallagher 401(k)
- Due: March 7, 2023
You can elect to transfer funds held in the ROC Retirement Plan to automatically transition to Gallagher’s Retirement Plan. If you’d like to withdraw or transfer funds held in the ROC Retirement Plan to another vendor of your choice, your deadline is Mar. 31, 2023.
Update email signature
- Due: March 29, 2023
Follow instructions to update email signature from ROC to Gallagher.
Update LinkedIn Profile
- Due: March 29, 2023
Follow instructions to update LinkedIn profile to Gallagher.
Complete Compliance Training
Due dates vary.

Compliance Training is completed through eLearn. Each training provides 30-60 days for completion.
