myHR

Use myHR to access your payslips, save or print a copy of your W2, update your personal contact details and view your benefits at your convenience throughout the year. You can access myHR without Citrix via single sign-on.

All questions will be addressed by an HR Support team member or directed to a specialist. The team strives to respond to all requests within the same day, no later than two business days. 

The HR Support Center is designed to be your first point of contact to assist you with your HR, benefits and payroll questions.

Payroll

Pay is issued on a bi-weekly basis on Friday, with 26 paychecks in a year. The pay week is defined from Sunday-Saturday with two unique weeks per pay period. 

  • Exempt (Salaried) employees will be paid current for all time worked as of payday
  • Non-Exempt (Hourly and Casual Hours) employees will be paid one week in arrears for time worked
Important
All pay is paid via direct deposit. Payslips may be viewed via myHR by clicking View Payslips and Year End Documents (US).
  • You should view pay slips every pay period to ensure that all earnings, benefits and other deductions are accurately reflected 

Tax Elections

To make or change your tax elections: 

  • Go to www.ajg.com/myhr and click Sign In. If prompted, enter your Windows username (e.g., jsmith) and password.
  • Click on About Me
  • Click on Pay
  • Click on Tax Withholding
  • Click on the pencil icon next to the State/Federal tax section
  • Enter the change information on the next screen and click on I agree
  • Click Save

The Hire Date you see on your payslip in myHR is different than Payroll and Benefits Effective (PBE) Date. The Hire Date you see on your payslip is your original date of hire with the company that was acquired by Gallagher. 

Corporate Credit Card

ROC American Express

Send all receipts and codes to Joselin Weisz.

Gallagher American Express

If applicable, your manager will authorize you to receive a Gallagher American Express Corporate Card. You will receive instructions from the Gallagher Corporate Travel Team and an application directly from American Express. Follow the instructions to apply and review the Corporate Credit Card Policy for more information. Applications expire in 7 days, so please apply promptly.

Important Note

AJG cardholders are required to enroll in American Express’ online account management program. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that all payments are made on time directly to American Express, via manage your card account online.  AJG does not pay Amex directly. 

Travel and Expense 

Egencia

Egencia is Gallagher’s preferred travel agency for business travel.

  • To log in as a new user, go to the log-in page, enter your AJG email address, click Forgot password and follow the prompts to reset your password.
  • Watch a webinar on using Egencia (access Gallagher One via Citrix).
  • You can also use Egencia for personal travel!

Concur

Concur is Gallagher’s expense submissions management system. For more details, please reference the Concur user guide.
